What is Hometracker365?

Your home's digital bible. Organize and lifetime-track all important home information with a calm, beautiful, and trustworthy tool.

Credits are how realtors pay for client gifts. You buy a balance, then spend it when you invite a homeowner or tap Gift a plan on a listing. Homeowners never see credits. They still see cash prices on /pricing: Homeowner $19.99/year, Public Viewing $49.99 one-time, and a $30 self-upgrade from Homeowner to Public Viewing.

What does one credit cost?

$19.99 when you buy credits from your dashboard. Packs are 10, 25, 50, or 100, or any whole number you type. Contact chris@dwello365.com for information about discounts on bundles of 50 or more.

What can I spend credits on?

Homeowner plan (12 months, gift) - 1.0 credit Homeowner → Public Viewing upgrade - 1.5 credits (only if that owner already has Homeowner and that home does not already have Public Viewing) Public Viewing (one-time, one home) - 2.5 credits Homeowner + Public Viewing together on a new owner - 3.5 credits (1.0 + 2.5). There is no cheaper bundle.

Why is the upgrade 1.5 instead of 2.5?

The owner already paid (or you already gifted) the Homeowner year. The upgrade only adds Public Viewing on that home. That matches the homeowner self-serve upgrade path, billed to you as 1.5 × $19.99.

Every realtor - primary or teammate - has their own wallet. Teammates spend their own credits, not the primary’s. Gift emails still show the home’s primary realtor. Homeowners, View Only guests, and public visitors have no wallet and no credit UI.

Do credits expire? Do I get auto-renewed?

Credits are valid for 1 year. Realtors are not put on a recurring subscription when they give gifts. After a gifted Homeowner year ends, the homeowner is the one asked to subscribe at $19.99/year.

Where do I see my balance?

On /realtor/dashboard, in the Available Credits card to the right of public listings (stacked under the listings header on mobile). The same numbers and a ledger live on /realtor/account.

What if I do not have enough credits?

The gift is not sent. No invite goes out and nothing is deducted. The button becomes Buy credits to gift and opens the buy modal with enough credits to cover the shortfall.

Can I get a refund on credits or a gift?

There is no self-serve refund button. Email or call Chris Hare, Founder · Chris@dwello365.com

You pay for the seller’s Dwello365 so they do not have to pull out a card before the first showing. Use it from Invite Homeowner or from Gift a plan on a listing card you can already open.

Does a gift make the home public?

No. Gifting Public Viewing unlocks the ability to publish. Visibility stays Private until the a public plan is purchased or gifted and the homeowner, or a Full Editor sets the home to Public.

Does a gift give me dashboard access?

No. Gift does not flip Allow Realtor View Rights. Invite Homeowner is what turns view rights on for that home. The owner can turn the slider Off later. Turning it Off does not refund credits.

Can I gift someone who already pays for Homeowner?

Yes, gift the 1.5 credit upgrade if they already have homeowner plan.

What does the seller see?

A short banner that you gifted Homeowner and/or Public Viewing, plus product names in email — never the word “credits,” never your card last-4. They can open the home with no card on file.

What if they never accept the invite?

The gift stays paid / waiting. Resend the invite from the dashboard. Credits are not auto-refunded. Support can refund unused gifts.

Can I gift the demo home?

No. 1847 Willow Creek Lane is a public sample and is not giftable.

How does a home show up on my dashboard?

Two things must be true: you are the primary realtor on that home (or an active teammate of that primary) and Allow Realtor View Rights is On. Typing your name or phone on the Realtor card is not enough.

When does view rights turn On?

Invited Homeowner sets it “On” for the home tied to that invite. Homes the owner created on their own are off by default.

Can I turn view rights on myself?

No. Only the homeowner or a Full Editor can flip Allow Realtor View Rights. If they turn it Off, the home leaves Your Listings immediately. The gift, if any, stays applied.

What can I do when view rights are On?

Seed and edit the book (profile, systems, appliances, vendors, tasks, expenses, documents, photos), invite the owner, start a transfer when Public Viewing is active, copy the public link if the owner has published, and gift a plan. You cannot change the owner’s visibility setting, regenerate the public link, or flip their view-rights slider.

How does a homeowner make the home public?

Three steps, all on the homeowner’s side (you can walk them through it): Public Viewing must be active on that home — they buy it for $49.99, they self-upgrade for $30 if they already have Homeowner, or you gift Public Viewing (2.5 credits) or the upgrade (1.5). They click on their name (top right of page) On the home, they scroll down to “Public Access” and set public visibility to Unlisted — link only, or Public — searchable. Unlisted homes can only be seen via direct link. On the Homepage they mark the items they want buyers to see with by clicking on the “Public” slider on the item card. Items not marked “public” stay hidden. Until step 2, the house is Private. A gifted Public Viewing plan alone does not publish it.

What is the difference between Private, Unlisted, and Public?

Private - default. No public page. Direct links do not work. Not in search. Unlisted - link only - anyone with the exact token link can view with no login. The home does not appear if someone searches for View Home Information. Public - searchable - the token link works and the street address can be found on /view-home.

What is the public link?

https://dwello365.com/view-home/h/{token}. You may copy it when view rights are On so you can send it to buyers, inspectors, or a co-op agent. Only the owner or Full Editor can change visibility or regenerate the link. Regenerating immediately breaks the old URL.

The public buyer page: the systems, appliances, warranties, maintenance, and realtor contact the owner marked Show on public listing. They do not need an account. They do not see private notes, expenses the owner hid, View Only family, or the view-rights slider.

Can I publish the home for them?

No. Publication is the owner’s control. Your job is to give Public Viewing if you want the option unlocked, then send them (or bring them) to Public Access.

Can my team use my listings?

A primary can add up to 15 teammates. Teammates can edit those listings, invite owners, gift from their own wallet, and run transfer. Invite and transfer emails always use the home’s primary name. The home stays assigned to the primary. The public page and the owner’s Realtor card show the primary.

Do teammates share my credits?

No. Each realtor has their own balance. Jane spends Jane’s credits even when she gifts on Alex’s listing.

What can teammates not do?

They cannot flip Allow Realtor View Rights, change public visibility, add or remove teammates on someone else’s account, edit the primary’s Realtor Profile, take over the listing assignment, delete the home, or change the owner’s billing.

What happens on Transfer home ownership?

Public Viewing stays on the home — the buyer inherits the paid public / transfer capability. A gifted Homeowner year stays on the seller’s user account. The buyer gets the usual trial or subscribe prompt unless someone gifts them separately. Transfer itself requires Public Viewing on that home.

Does the buyer keep the public page?

If Public Viewing is active and visibility is still Unlisted or Public, the token link and (for Public) search keep working. The new owner can tighten visibility or regenerate the link at any time.

What happens when the gifted year ends?

The seller is prompted to pay $19.99/year to keep Homeowner. You are not charged again. Public Viewing on the house does not lapse with the year — it is one-time on that home.
